Tai Chi is a 2000 year old exercise for all ages and fitness level. It is characterized by a series of slow, gentle, dance-like movements performed in a relaxed and conscious manner.   Regular practice of Tai Chi tames our minds and cultivates the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the whole body.

Background

After training with Tai Chi masters from Hong Kong, Peking, and Taiwan, Master Wong has taught Tai Chi privately  in the U.S. for more          than 10 years.  He gave lessons at the Mission Viejo Community center, University of the West, Downtown Omni Hotel, and Luxe Hotel in    Bel Air.  He performed Tai Chi demonstrations at the Confucius school in Chinatown, YMCA in Laguna niguel, El Monte Rehabilitation center, and health fairs in San Gabriel Valley.
